Automotive Blast Cleaning
We specialize in cleaning and epoxy priming whole vehicles or parts. We blast with a special fine media that removes paint and rust from delicate automotive sheet metal leaving a fine etch that is an ideal finish for priming and sealing with epoxy. Frames and vehicle undersides can be sandblasted with our recycled grit mix. Priming with a quality epoxy sealer is optional and normally costs about the same and the blasting price. Please see our price list for standard items.

We take pride in blast cleaning your frame and vehicle underside to 100% white metal and meticulously airless spraying a thick coating the highest quality epoxy primer and gloss polyurethane paint in all of the hard to reach areas of your frame to fully protect your vehicle from rust, salt, fuel, stone chips, etc. for a lifetime.
- Complete Vehicle Underside: $3200-$4000 to blast, epoxy prime and paint with 2K polyurethane
- Bare Frame: $400-$500 to blast, $1200-$1500 to blast, epoxy prime and paint with 2K polyurethane
- Full Size Rolling Chassis: $600-$800 to blast, $1800-$2400 to blast, epoxy prime and paint with 2K polyurethane
